Kim Hegwood, Attorney at Law
Practicing for over 25 years.
Kim Hegwood is an Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney with nearly 25 years of experience. After watching her grandparents struggle to navigate the legal, financial, and emotional challenges that come with aging, Kim dedicated her career to helping families preserve their dignity and protect their assets.

Andrea Zaite

Andrea Zaite has been a social worker for 33 years graduating with a bachelors degree from John Carroll University in 1985, then working with person with disabilities at a private non profit to deinstitutionalize large state institutions and making independence and least restrictive environments key concepts in the field of developmental disabilities in Ohio. During this time she worked on her graduate degree in social work administration and graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 1990. This lead to Manager/Administration position for Loraine County Board of Mental retardation and developmental disabilities where she worked with both mildly and severely developmental disabled adult on vocational training. Developing one of the first elder care programs for persons with disabilities.
In 2000 she moved to Texas and became administrator and principal at the Center Serving Persons with Mental Retardation adult day programs and school and day care. In 2003 she shifted her focus on health care beginning her 15 year experience as a social worker in ICU, hospital case-manger and home health social worker led her to obtain a certification in Grief Recovery Specialist and Care Manager to further her knowledge and expertise in the area of critical, chronic healthcare of the elderly and developmentally disabled. Her goal is the pursuit of independent and dignified life for those that are chronically ill, aging and disabled. The ultimate goal is for people to live to the best of their ability to the end of life.
Beth Hearn Owens
Senior Vice President & Trust Officer
Beth is a Senior Vice-President / Trust Officer. As a licensed attorney and dedicated trust professional, Beth has worked in the trust and estates industry since 2004. After practicing for 7 years, she became an internal trust advisor for large national banking organization and has become one of the leading trust professionals in Texas with a specialty in court created trusts and estate administrations.
Beth's experience in trust and guardianship litigation allows her to problem solve her client's situation from a unique perspective, and her compassion helps ease her client's financial and estate planning concerns. When Beth is not caring for her trust clients, she is chasing her two young boys around or fishing with her husband.
